With a rich background in management and entrepreneurship, Meenakshi, a visionary leader, believes in core values of Honesty, Trust, Transparency, and Customer Experience. Leveraging over two decades of experience, including instrumental roles in the growth of Spinny, she’s committed to creating an extraordinary impact on the lives of the elderly at Gracias. Her customer-centric approach and leadership ensure that we deliver personalized, compassionate care, setting Gracias apart in the realm of senior living.
Dr. Vishal Siwach (Co-Founder & COO)
An Armed Forces Medical College Pune alumni, Vishal brings extensive experience as a founder from ventures like Siwach Hospital and Aviss Homes. Now, with a focus on senior care at Gracias Living, his Armed Forces, hospital administration, and luxury living background states our mission and vision statement. Vishal’s journey in healthcare and hospitality reflects a dedicated pursuit of excellence and a genuine drive to make a positive impact in the field of elder care.
Dr Sangeeta Siwach (Advisor and Mentor)
