Assisted living at Gracias Living starts at ₹66,500 a month for twin sharing. However, your final price depends on room type, length of stay and the care your loved one needs. We also offer short stays of up to three weeks.

Monthly plans: These are monthly rates, and the minimum stay is one month. For long stays, we sign an 11 month agreement that renews automatically. As a result, your loved one can stay with us for life.
Short stays: We also offer stays of up to three weeks at separate rates. So call us for a quote based on your dates and the care needed.

Refundable deposits
For monthly stays, we collect a refundable security deposit because it keeps us ready for medical emergencies and other resident needs. Petty cash, on the other hand, covers personal expenses only. In addition, we share a clear account of every expense. Finally, we refund the unused amount once all expenses are settled.
Short stays of up to three weeks: You pay no security deposit. Instead, we collect only the refundable petty cash of ₹25,000.

How much does assisted living cost at Gracias Living?
Assisted living starts at ₹66,500 a month for twin sharing. A single room costs ₹90,500 a month. In comparison, a double occupancy room for spouses or siblings costs ₹1,30,000 a month. Overall, your final price depends on room type, care level and length of stay.
What does the monthly fee include?
The fee covers your loved one’s room, nutritious meals, housekeeping, laundry, 24×7 nurses and caregivers, medication management, regular physician consultations, daily activities, power backup and linen changes. However, we charge some optional services separately.
Are meals and housekeeping included?
Yes. Every plan includes fresh, nutritious meals as well as regular housekeeping.
Can my loved one stay for less than a month?
Yes. We offer short stays of up to three weeks at separate rates. Monthly plans, on the other hand, start at one month. So call us for a short stay quote.
Is there a refundable security deposit?
Yes, for monthly stays. At admission, we collect a refundable security deposit of ₹3,75,000 and petty cash of ₹25,000. Short stays of up to three weeks, however, need no security deposit. Instead, we collect only the ₹25,000 petty cash. Finally, we refund unused petty cash once all expenses are settled.
How do you decide the care plan?
First, our care team assesses medical needs, mobility, daily living needs, memory, mood, room preference and length of stay. Then we recommend the right plan.
Are medicines and physiotherapy included?
Your monthly fee includes routine nursing care. However, we bill medicines, professional physiotherapy, medical tests, electricity and some optional services separately, at actual cost.
Can my parent keep their own doctor?
Yes. Your loved one keeps their treating doctor. We also arrange video consults and follow ups with the same doctor. Plus, in an emergency, we take your loved one to the nearest hospital.
Can couples or siblings stay together?
Yes. Spouses and siblings can share a private double occupancy room. Even so, each person gets care based on their own needs.
