The Website together with the Mobile Application shall be collectively referred to as the “Services”.

b) Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”);

iv) sexual orientation;

We use Google Analytics and other third-party services to better understand who is using our site and how people interact with our site. These services collect some data about our visitors including geographical location, browser type, device type, length of time on site etc.

Although the GraciasLiving Website and Services are not intended for use by minors, GraciasLiving respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the internet or the mobile application. (i) GraciasLiving maintains a strict “No-Spam” policy, which means that GraciasLiving does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give Your e-mail address to a third party without Your consent.

GraciasLiving may enter into arrangements with another company that is not owned or related to GraciasLiving for the express purpose of providing features of the Website and/or the Mobile Application. These might include third-party vendors such as Google Calendar, Zoom etc. Notwithstanding the foregoing mentioned under Section 19 (i) You hereby consent to the transfer of Your information as required for enable features on the Website and/or Mobile Application to such persons or entities.
