Option 2: Room Tariffs for Single Occupancy-Private room for single seniors: INR 80000/- per month( Including GST).

Option 3: Room Tariffs for Double Occupancy- Private room for 2 related seniors, spouses/ siblings: INR 110000/- per month for 2 persons (Including GST).

Includes all life enrichment, activities, accommodation, food, nurse doctor facility, power backup, housekeeping, room linen changed twice a week, and GST

We request a fully refundable security deposit of INR 2,50,000/- to ensure preparedness for any medical emergencies. Additionally, we maintain a petty cash fund of INR 15,000/- to address the personal daily needs of our residents.

Professional physiotherapy sessions, medicines, and medical tests, power charges will be on an actual basis.

Cost of Assisted Living Depends on Rooms arrangement and length of stay

• You can choose between long-term and short-term stays. Long-term stays involve an 11-month contract, while short-term stays can be any period less than 11 months, with a minimum of 1 month.
